Work is underway to refurbish the second floor of 74 John street and create 3 new units this autumn.  Light and airy, with huge windows on both sides, and with loads of character, these brick units are in an original steel frame building and still have the hatches for lifting goods in and out when it was a factory.  The floor is wooden with some parquet areas left over (from the manager's office perhaps?) Tenants who sign up early enough can be involved in refurb decisions. 

Leases will be available for 4 years with a break at 2 years. Rents are likely to be:
