The Joy of Seasonal Soups

I have always loved soups - my mum makes a fabulous carrot soup that we used to have on Saturday lunchtimes with slices of edam cheese . Yum. Kriszta too makes lovely soups in the cafe. Soups are good for you, good for the planet when made with local, seasonal ingredients. They are budget friendly - and time friendly too if you make in large quantities and keep for later. As we head into Autumn/Winter season, and the Government debates how much tax and how little help with bills they will give us, I thought it would be good to share some of Kriszta’s soup expertise. Her recipes are gluten free and vegan so very accessible.
