Unit 68A [now LET]

Available to let from 1 January 2023. Unit 68A is a first floor unit reached by one flight of stairs. At 456 sq feet It’s a large, light unit with windows overlooking John Street and a private entrance shared with one other unit, 68B (Naomi Whitehead Training).

It has a small kitchen area and shared toilet - both are cleaned each week by the building’s cleaner.

It costs £518 per month to rent. This includes connection to the building’s super fast leased line - you just need to bring your wifi or ether net connection to plug you in to our network.

Other things:

  • Tenants pay their own business rates - you’ll need to register with the council who will give you 100% off at the moment if you are eligible for Small Business Rates relief

  • Cafe discount: tenants get 10% discount in our on site cafe, the John St Kitchen

  • Electricity - there’s a shared electricity supply and a meter for this unit which you can keep tabs on your electricity usage. You send us your monthly meter readings and get billed for your usage in your unit

  • You can join the Harland Works friendly WhatsApp group - a shared group of over 20 small businesses which can be handy if you are looking for a hand/idea/suggestion with something

It’s available from 1 Jan 2023 for a 4 year lease with a break point at the two year point. More information about becoming a tenant at Harland Works is available in our FAQ info.
