For one night only, on Saturday 18th July, please join us for a pop up supper by the chef formerly known as Rico - and an opportunity to help Karl celebrate getting to his birthday safely :)
The theme is Sheffield French and there’s a buffet-style choice of dishes so you can pick what you like. Indicative menu ideas so far are:
pain a l’ancienne / baguette / focaccia
rillettes ham, saucisson
confit potatoes
salade nicoise
a la grecque mushrooms
prawns sauce Nantua
poulet au vinaigre de vin
garbanzos chickpeas, spinach, harissa
tarte fine / bande - pommes / fruit
mousse au chocolat
We will have a bar with beer (cans) from St Mars du Desert and wines from Le Bon Vin
