How to find out about available units at Harland Works
(NB **We often don’t have any units available, but we do have a larger one coming soon. Please fill in the Unit Enquiry form to get a copy of the details when we send them out)
We post details of any available units on our website and also share the information in our weekly ebulletin and on our social media. If you’d like to be on our mailing list you can sign up here.

We have over 22 different units of all shapes and sizes. Normally we are happy to meet you and show you round so you can see what we have and which unit you might be interested in taking if it became available. Because of COVID 19, we have changed our practice and are only showing people round when we have a unit that is available. But if you are interested in Harland Works you are still welcome to pop into the cafe here and have a chat about what it’s like here and what we offer. Also, if you’re interested in meeting our current tenant community, its worth keeping an eye on the events we run for small business owners many of which are open to non-tenants too. Examples of units that have been available recently fyi - these units are now taken, but I’ve included their details here so you can get a feel for the sort of thing we have when they do come up.

2023 - we don’t have any units available currently
December 2022 - Units shortly available - we have two larger units which will be available shortly - details to come. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange a viewing.
November 2022 Update - 74B is now let. October 2022 Unit 74B to let. We are currently looking for a new tenant for a sunny, wood floored first floor Unit 74B that’s going to be available to rent from New Year - March 2023. Details are here. September 2022 Update - now let. Unit 74A to let. We are currently looking for a new tenant for a sunny, wood floored first floor Unit 74A that’s going to be available to rent from 1 June 2022. 25 Jan 2022 UPDATE This unit is now taken. We are currently looking for a new tenant for a sunny, wood floored first floor Unit 74D that’s going to be available to rent from 1 March 2022. 25 Jan 2022 UPDATE This unit is now taken We are also looking for a new tenant for Unit 74C also from 1 May. It is one of our larger units on the top floor (adjacent to the Zag Yoga studio) with windows overlooking the front and back of the building. It is airy and very light with a wooden floor, its own toilet and sink and lots of windows and 2 sky lights. Details for this unit are available here
