Unit 10 is an airy and light unit on the top floor of Harland Works. You have to go up two flights of stairs to get there … but once you are up you will enjoy being there. It has a small kitchen area, lots of (double glazed) windows, the original factory wooden floor, and big exposed beams. At 670 sq feet its big enough for a small team of folk, or would make a lovely studio. It shares a floor with Zag Yoga, Mat Pronger Counselling, Skeet Architects and Webarchitects Co-op who would all make friendly neighbours willing to lend you sugar/tea/advice if you need it …

This 2nd floor, 670 sq foot light and airy unit is coming available in August 2024. The rent is £848 pcm and a new tenant would be offered our standard 4 year lease. Superfast internet via our leased line is included in the rent.
