We are very excited to be hosting the Nine Lives Poetry monthly poetry night!
Why not arrive early from 6 pm and be sure to get a table? You order drinks from the bar, and for the sell out February event, we’re also offering a special Poetry Supper - pre-order your Purrrrfect Pulled Pork Burrito or your Six Dinner Sid Vegan Burrito in advance.
Our usual cakes and coffee available on the night, no pre-order necessary.
Please note: to avoid noisy disturbance of the performances we will stop serving food and drink at 7 pm until the break. So please arrive in good time to be sure of being served before it starts!
More on Nine LIves: their mission is to bring some of the UK's most exciting performance poets to a Sheffield audience and to create opportunities for budding Sheffield poets to take the next step in their poetry career. Their performance nights feature an established guest poet from outside Sheffield, supported by an up-and-coming local poet. There is an open mic segment for up to 7 emerging poets too.
