Join us on Saturday 18th July at 7 pm (ish) for a one time only pop up in the Bolthole to celebrate Karl’s birthday. Cheffed by Rico (who will need no introduction to many foodie folk of Sheffield). Fixed price for the food, and a bar with beer from St Mars of the Desert (cans) and wine from Le Bon Vin. All very Sheffield and lovely. Limited tickets. Buffet style so you can choose gf, veggie or vegan to suit you.
The theme is Sheffield French and there’s a buffet-style choice of dishes so you can pick what you like including:
pain a l’ancienne / baguette / focaccia
rillettes ham, saucisson
confit potatoes
salade nicoise
a la grecque mushrooms
prawns sauce Nantua
poulet au vinaigre de vin
garbanzos chickpeas, spinach, harissa
tarte fine / bande - pommes / fruit
mousse au chocolat
We will have a bar with beer (cans) from St Mars du Desert and wines from Le Bon Vin
