Unit 74D (Now LET)
Available to let from 1 February 2023. Unit 74D is a first floor unit reached by one flight of stairs. It is very light and bright with big windows that overlook the courtyard. It also has a gorgeous original wooden floor and comes equipped with a sink (removable if not of interest).
This unit has two neighbours in 74A (Resonate Properties) and 74B (Sandra Dieckmann) and together these three units share a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave, and a toilet. These shared areas are cleaned weekly by the building’s cleaner (altho you have to do your own washing up :)).
This nicely proportioned (almost square) unit is a roomy 321 sq ft. It costs £396 per month to rent. This includes connection to the building’s super fast leased line - you just need to bring your wifi or ether net connection to plug you in to our network.
Other things:
Tenants pay their own business rates - you’ll need to register with the council who will give you 100% off at the moment if you are eligible for Small Business Rates relief
Cafe discount: tenants get 10% discount in our on site cafe, the John St Kitchen
Electricity - there’s a meter and you get billed for the usage in your unit
